We are very pleased to announce the creation of a Frequently Asked Questions page on our web-site.
You can always view Frequently Asked Questions by clicking the FAQ link in the main menu at the top of this screen.
The initial questions are a few that we commonly hear asked. If you have a question that we haven’t already answered, please CONTACT US.
Many thanks to the community leadership and members who have worked to make the creation of this page possible.
Community of St. Bridget Priest Ann Klonowski sends out a very informative Weekly Newsletter. It's full of news about Women Priests and the the ministries and upcoming events at Community of St. Bridget. Normally she sends these out once per week on Wednesday evening.
if you would enjoy receive the e-mail Newsletter, please contact Ann.
The Community of St. Bridget believes in a loving, expansive and inclusive interpretation of Gospel Values. We are outspoken advocates for the Ordination of Catholic Women to the Priesthood.
We are always trying to spread this message to as many people as possible. However, operating on a shoe-string budget, we do not advertise. You can help us. Please share the address of this web-page with any of your friends who would be receptive.
We're very excited. The Community of St. Bridget has just set up a Facebook page. Please go there, check it out and LIKE US. After you LIKE us, be sure to SHARE the page with your FB friends. Thank you!
Are you a Roman Catholic Woman Priest? We would like to open up our web-page to writings of Women Priests nationally. We think of this offer as giving Women Priests an additional microphone so that you can expand the reach of your voice to new listeners. The Community of St. Bridget web-page is read monthly by readers in 35 to 40 US States and approximately 20 countries internationally.
You can contribute a Homily that you find particularly meaningful. Alternately, you could contribute any original writing with a spiritual insight or personal story. If you lead a community, we would love to hear about that.
We don’t want to exclude anybody based solely on gender. So, if you are a male reader who supports the Ordination of Women, you are also invited to contribute your thoughts.
We want to open up for our readers a broader cross-section of the women-priests movement - and would love to have more women (and men) contribute their voices.
Interested? - contact us for further details.
As we begin 2015, we're introducing an updated format for our Home Page. We hope you will find this new format both attractive and easy to use.
Please take note of the CATEGORIES and ARCHIVES options in the side-bar to the right. These links will help you to locate particular items of interest. As always, we preserve an archive of news items related to Women in the Catholic Church. Links to the archives for full years 2012, 2013 and 2014 are also in the side-bar.
