Mercy Ships – rated 99% by Charity Navigator 4 Stars

This organization follows the 2000-year-old model of Jesus bringing hope and healing to the forgotten poor. Mercy Ships is a global charity that has operated hospital ships in developing nations since its founding in 1978. Its programs promote health and well-being by serving the urgent surgical needs of the forgotten poor and empowering developing communities. Since its founding, Mercy Ships has performed and delivered services valued at over $1.42 billion and has impacted more than 16.3 million people as direct beneficiaries.
Women for Women International – rated 97% by Charity Navigator 4 Stars

This organization provides women survivors of war, civil strife, and other conflicts with the tools and resources to move from crisis and poverty to stability and self-sufficiency, thereby promoting viable civil societies. Women begin in a Sponsorship Program where direct financial aid from a sponsor helps them deal with the immediate effects of war and conflict, such as lack of food, water, medicine and other necessities. The next leg of the journey is the Renewing Women's Life Skills (ReneWLS) Program that provides them with rights awareness, leadership education, and vocational & technical skills training. Women build upon existing skills and learn new ones, to regain their strength, stability, and stature on the path to becoming active citizens.
The Trevor Project – rated 100% by Charity Navigator 4 Stars

This organization is the world's largest suicide prevention and mental health organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning (LGBTQ+) young people. The Trevor Project offers a suite of 24/7 crisis intervention and suicide prevention programs, including TrevorLifeline, TrevorText, and TrevorChat as well as the world's largest safe-space social networking site for LGBTQ+ youth, TrevorSpace. Trevor also operates an education program with resources for youth-serving adults, an advocacy department fighting for pro-LGBTQ+ legislation and against anti-LGBTQ rhetoric/policy positions, and a research team to discover the most effective means to help young LGBTQ+ people in crisis and to end suicide.
